肩袖损伤与高脂血症相关性研究进展

摘要: 肩袖损伤是骨科临床常见疾病,其发病机制复杂,涉及外伤、退变、过度使用等多种因素。近年来,随着代谢性疾病与骨骼肌肉系统疾病关联研究的深入,高脂血症作为重要的代谢异常指标,与肩袖损伤的相关性逐渐受到关注。本文通过梳理国内外相关研究,从病理生理机制、临床研究证据、诊断与治疗启示等方面,系统阐述高脂血症在肩袖损伤发生、发展及预后中的作用,旨在为肩袖损伤的病因探索、风险评估及临床干预提供新的思路,同时为后续相关研究指明方向。
Abstract: Rotator cuff injury is a common clinical condition in orthopedics, with a complex pathogenesis involving multiple factors such as trauma, degeneration, and overuse. In recent years, as research on the association between metabolic diseases and musculoskeletal disorders has advanced, hyperlipidemia—an important indicator of metabolic abnormalities—has gradually attracted attention for its correlation with rotator cuff injury. By reviewing relevant domestic and international studies, this article systematically elaborates on the role of hyperlipidemia in the occurrence, progression, and prognosis of rotator cuff injury from aspects including pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical research evidence, and implications for diagnosis and treatment. The aim is to provide new insights for exploring the etiology, assessing the risk, and implementing clinical interventions of rotator cuff injury, while pointing out directions for subsequent related research.
