零工经济与数字经济的深度融合:电商灵活就业模式的创新与挑战
The Deep Integration of the Gig Economy and the Digital Economy: Innovation and Challenges of the Flexible Employment Model in E-Commerce
摘要: 在数字经济迅猛发展的背景下,零工经济与电子商务产业的深度融合正深刻改变着就业结构与商业模式。本研究基于“技术–平台–制度”的三维分析框架,系统探讨了零工经济与数字经济融合的内在机制、具体实践路径及其所带来的多维挑战。研究发现,数字技术的广泛应用推动了零工经济从规模经济向范围经济的转型,催生了一人企业模式,并显著提升了高技能岗位的占比。技术驱动的创新,极大地优化了劳动力配置效率。平台企业则通过生态化资源整合与规则创新,实现了从信息中介向生态主导者的角色转变。同时,地方政府与国家的制度创新为行业的规范化发展提供了关键支撑。然而,这一融合进程也带来了诸多挑战,包括算法控制深化导致的劳动者自主性受损与技能鸿沟加剧、平台模式创新引发的劳动权益保障缺失与议价能力失衡,以及制度创新滞后造成的监管适应性不足等问题。面对这些挑战,未来亟需构建政府、平台与劳动者三方协同的治理体系。通过设计多层次的社会保障机制、优化精准化的技能培训体系、强化算法监管以及推动区域政策的协同,在深度融合中实现零工经济效率与公平的有机统一。
Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, the deep integration of gig economy and e-commerce industry is profoundly changing the employment structure and business model. Based on the three-dimensional analysis framework of “technology-platform-institution”, this study systematically discusses the internal mechanism, specific practice path and multi-dimensional challenges brought by the integration of gig economy and digital economy. The study finds that the widespread use of digital technologies has driven the transformation of the gig economy from economies of scale to economies of scope, given rise to the one-man enterprise model, and significantly increased the share of high-skilled jobs. Technology-driven innovation has greatly optimized the efficiency of labor allocation. Platform enterprises have realized the transformation from information intermediary to ecological leader through ecological resource integration and rule innovation. At the same time, the institutional innovation of local governments and the state provides key support for the standardized development of the industry. However, this integration process has also brought many challenges, including the damage to workers’ autonomy and the worsening of skills gap caused by the deepening of algorithmic control, the lack of protection of labor rights and bargaining power imbalance caused by the innovation of platform model, and the lack of regulatory adaptability caused by the lag of institutional innovation. In the face of these challenges, it is urgent to build a tripartite governance system coordinated by the government, platforms and workers in the future. By designing a multi-level social security mechanism, optimizing a precise skills training system, strengthening algorithm supervision and promoting the coordination of regional policies, the efficiency and fairness of gig economy can be organically unified in the deep integration.
