东北亚桦树皮工艺生态美学研究

摘要: 桦树皮工艺作为人类与自然互动的传统艺术形态,承载着生态伦理、审美智慧与文化记忆,反映了人类在自然环境中的生存智慧与精神信仰。本研究旨在从生态美学视角探讨东北亚桦树皮工艺的文化内涵与审美特征,解释传统工艺所体现的“自然契约”精神及其对当代生态文明建设的启示。研究采用文献分析与比较研究等方法对中国东北与日本北海道地区桦树皮工艺的材料运用、造物理念和审美表达进行系统分析。研究结果发现,两种传统虽在文化语境与审美表达上有所差异,但在生态伦理上殊途同归,均体现出尊重自然、顺应自然的东北亚生态美学特质。桦树皮工艺作为人类与自然关系的艺术化象征,对当代可持续设计与生态文化建设具有重要的启示意义。
Abstract: Birch bark craftsmanship, as a traditional art form born from the interaction between humans and nature, embodies ecological ethics, aesthetic wisdom, and cultural memory, reflecting humanity’s adaptive intelligence and spiritual beliefs within the natural environment. This study aims to explore the cultural connotations and aesthetic characteristics of birch bark crafts in Northeast Asia from the perspective of ecological aesthetics, interpreting the “natural contract” spirit inherent in traditional craftsmanship and its implications for contemporary ecological civilization. Through literature analysis and comparative research, the study systematically examines the material application, creative philosophy, and aesthetic expression of birch bark crafts in Northeast China and Hokkaido, Japan. The results indicate that although the two traditions differ in cultural context and aesthetic expression, they converge in ecological ethics, both embodying the Northeast Asia ecological aesthetic ideal of respecting and harmonizing with nature. As an artistic symbol of the human–nature relationship, birch bark craftsmanship offers significant insights for contemporary sustainable design and ecological cultural development.
