新医科背景下乳腺外科创新型人才培养模式探索
Exploration of the Cultivating Mode of Innovative Breast Surgery Talent in the Context of New Medicine
摘要: 在新医科背景下,培养创新型医学人才已成为医学高等教育的重要目标。本文针对传统乳腺外科教学中存在的不足,分析多学科交叉融合培养模式在新时代医学教育中的必要性,并探讨其具体实施路径,以期为推动符合学科发展与社会需求的高层次、创新型乳腺外科人才培养提供参考。
Abstract: Under the background of New Medicine, cultivating innovative talents has become a central task in medical higher education. Focusing on the limitations of traditional breast surgery teaching, this paper discusses the necessity of multidisciplinary integration and explores specific implementation pathways. The aim is to provide insights for fostering high-level and innovative breast surgery talents that align with disciplinary advancement and societal demands.
