摘要: 伴随社会对心理健康重视程度的持续提升,高校心理健康教育工作已迈入普及化、规范化的发展阶段。然而,工作投入与学生实际获得之间依旧存在差距。本文围绕心理健康教育获得感这一核心概念,在阐释其生成机制的基础上,系统剖析了当前大学生获得感生成的供给侧困境、过程性困境、评价性困境和系统性困境,并据此从优化供给模式、深化过程体验、重构评价体系和强化协同育人四个维度,提出了具有可操作性的提升策略,旨在为增强高校心理健康教育的实效性、推动学生全面发展提供理论借鉴与实践路径。
Abstract: With the continuous improvement of society’s attention to mental health, mental health education in colleges has entered a stage of popularization and standardization. However, there remains a gap between the investment in related work and students’ actual gains. Focusing on the core concept of “sense of gain” in mental health education, this paper first explains its formation mechanism, then systematically analyzes the current supply-side dilemmas, process-based dilemmas, evaluation-related dilemmas and systematic dilemmas in the generation of college students’ sense of gain. Based on these analyses, the paper proposes operable improvement strategies from four dimensions: optimizing the supply model, deepening process experience, reconstructing the evaluation system, and strengthening collaborative education. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical paths for enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education in colleges and universities and promoting students’ all-round development.
