巴中市7种常见农作副产物营养价值综合评价
The Comprehensive Evaluation of Nutritional Value of Seven Kinds of Common Agricultural By-Products in Bazhong
摘要: 为筛选出营养价值高的当地农作副产物资源,采用灰色关联度分析法对巴中市7种常见农作副产物的营养价值进行综合评价。结果表明:营养价值高的副产物有大豆秸、玉米秸、油菜荚和水稻秸,其粗蛋白和粗脂肪的含量分别为11.10%和2.76%、9.76%和2.50%、6.95%和2.33%、4.09%和2.48%;营养价值评价良好的有豌豆秸、小麦秸和大麦秸。玉米、油菜和水稻的种植面积在巴中排前三,生产中应重点收集其农作副产物。
Abstract: In order to screen the local agricultural by-products resources of the high nutritional value, the nutritional value of seven kinds of common agricultural by-products was comprehensively evaluated by the grey correlation degree analysis method. The results showed that the resources with excellent nutritional value were four materials, such as soybean straw, corn straw, rape pod and rice straw, whose crude protein content and crude fat were respectively 11.10% and 2.76%, 9.76% and 2.50%, 6.95% and 2.33%, 4.09% and 2.48%. The resources with good nutritional value have three kinds of materials, such as pea straw, wheat straw and barley straw. The cultivate areas of corn straw, rape pod and rice straw were ranked top three in Bazhong, these by-products should be mainly collected in the production.
