Recommendations for the Training of Undergraduate Medical Jurisprudence Professionals

摘要: 医事法学是医学与法学交叉形成的新兴学科。近年随着社会对医疗卫生法治服务的需求大幅上升而受到重视。但在医事法学复合型人才培养过程中仍存在学科归属缺乏清晰界定、具备双学科素养的师资较为紧缺、医学与法学课程的融合程度不高、理论教学与实践环节相互脱节、培养周期较长难以适配社会迫切需求等问题。为解决上述问题，需明确其学科归属与学位授予标准；加强人才供需适配，扩大培养规模；建立“双师型”师资建设标准；搭建医学与法学整合的课程链；推进实训平台建设深化校地合作，引入法律诊所式教育并健全实践评价机制。

Abstract: Medical jurisprudence is an emerging field formed at the intersection of medicine and law, and it has gained attention in recent years as society’s demand for legal services in healthcare has significantly increased. However, there are still issues in the training of interdisciplinary talents in medical jurisprudence, such as the lack of clear definition of the discipline’s affiliation, a shortage of faculty with dual expertise, insufficient integration of medical and legal courses, a disconnect between theoretical teaching and practical training, and the long training cycle that fails to meet urgent societal needs. To address these problems, it is necessary to clarify the discipline’s affiliation and degree grant standards; improve the alignment of talent supply and demand and expand training capacity; establish standards for “dual-qualified” faculty; develop an integrated curriculum chain of medicine and law; advance the construction of practical training platforms and deepen university-local collaboration; introduce clinic-style legal education; and improve the practical evaluation system.
