人工智能赋能高校教师专业发展路径研究
Research on the Professional Development Path of University Teachers Empowered by Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 新时代,教师要牢固树立终身学习理念,认真践行教育家精神,做“四有”好老师。人工智能时代高校教师专业发展存在角色之困、专业发展之差、赋能效果之疑等问题,其背后原因包括理念之惑、规划之滞以及培训之隙。为此,文章认为国家、学校与教师自身应协同合作,打破固有观念,关注教师专业发展诉求并为其提供有力保障,最终形成多元主体参与的人工智能高效赋能教师专业发展新生态,共同助力教育数字化、信息化、智慧化转型。
Abstract: In the new era, teachers should firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning, earnestly practice the spirit of educators, and strive to be “four-good” teachers. In the era of artificial intelligence, there are problems such as role constraints, poor professional development, and doubts about empowerment effects in the professional development of university teachers. The underlying reasons include confusion in concepts, delays in planning, and gaps in training. To this end, the article holds that the state, schools and teachers themselves should collaborate, break away from traditional concepts, pay attention to the professional development demands of teachers and provide them with strong guarantees. Eventually, a new ecosystem of efficient empowerment of teachers’ professional development by artificial intelligence with the participation of multiple subjects should be formed, jointly promoting the digital, information and intelligent transformation of education.
