医务社工介入安宁疗护人文关怀的本土化实践探索——以柳州市K医院为例

Exploration of the Localized Practice of Medical Social Workers’ Involvement in the Humanistic Care of Hospice Care—Taking K Hospital in Liuzhou City as an Example

摘要: 随着健康中国战略的不断深入推进，医疗领域正从传统“技术主导”转向“人文关怀”新模式，这一转变在安宁疗护领域尤为突出。安宁疗护以生命终末期患者为服务对象，核心是“提升生命质量、维护生命尊严”，患者情感需求极强。但我国安宁疗护体系尚处于发展阶段，各地面临适配难题：一方面，患者及家属认知低、抵触强，难以配合服务；另一方面，服务的个性化发展进展有限，难以满足服务对象的具体化需求，尤其我国的地域文化多样，安宁疗护本土化发展不足，未能充分结合各地语言、民俗等特征，进一步加剧了服务与需求的脱节。在此背景下，社会工作凭借“以人为本”的理念与专业方法，通过推动安宁疗护本土化，逐渐成为填补人文关怀缺口的关键力量，发挥着不可替代的作用。

Abstract: With the continuous and in-depth advancement of the Healthy China strategy, the medical field is shifting from the traditional “technology-driven” model to a new “humanistic care” model, a transformation that is particularly prominent in hospice care. Hospice care focuses on patients at the end of life, with the core aim of “improving the quality of life and maintaining the dignity of life”. These patients have strong emotional needs. However, the hospice care system in China is still in its development stage, and various regions are facing adaptation challenges: on the one hand, patients and their families have low awareness and strong resistance, making it difficult for them to cooperate with the services; on the other hand, the development of personalized services is limited, making it hard to meet the specific needs of service recipients. Especially in China, where regional cultures are diverse, the localization of hospice care is insufficient, and it has not been fully integrated with local languages, customs, and other characteristics, further exacerbating the disconnect between services and needs. Against this backdrop, social work, with its “people-oriented” philosophy and professional methods, is gradually becoming a key force in filling the gap in humanistic care by promoting the localization of hospice care, playing an irreplaceable role.
