Exploration of Integrating Mental Health Education into Subject Teaching

摘要: 在新时代教育背景下，心理健康教育的系统化融入已成为落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。本文基于《进一步加强中小学生心理健康工作十条措施》等政策文件，从教育必要性与政策依据出发，探讨心理健康教育在语文、英语、数学、科学、体育、艺术及综合学科中的渗透方法与实践案例。文章进一步提出教师心理支持能力的提升策略，并针对教学实践中的常见问题提出优化方案。研究认为，学科教学中的心理健康教育应坚持以学生发展为中心，通过课程融合、教师成长与制度保障三维发力，构建知识传授与心理育人相统一的课堂生态。

Abstract: In the context of contemporary education, the systematic integration of mental health education has become an essential pathway to achieving the fundamental goal of fostering moral integrity and all-round development. Based on policy documents such as the Ten Measures for Further Strengthening the Mental Health Work of Primary and Secondary School Students, this paper explores the approaches and practical cases of integrating mental health education into Chinese, English, mathematics, science, physical education, arts, and comprehensive courses. It further proposes strategies for enhancing teachers’ psychological support competencies and offers optimization solutions to address common challenges in teaching practice. The study concludes that mental health education within subject teaching should adhere to a student-centered philosophy, promoting a classroom ecology that unifies knowledge transmission and psychological development through coordinated efforts in curriculum integration, teacher growth, and institutional support.
