数字经济下农村女性电商就业困境与社会工作介入策略研究

Research on the Employment Dilemma of Rural Women in E-Commerce under the Digital Economy and Social Work Intervention Strategies

摘要: 电商经济的蓬勃发展为农村女性提供了灵活就业机遇，拓宽了收入渠道，显著提升了其经济参与度。尽管国家层面持续推动农村电商基础设施建设和数字普惠金融发展，为农村女性就业创造了政策窗口，但在实践层面，她们仍面临着数字技能匮乏、传统性别角色负担、资源获取不足以及社会支持薄弱等困境。社会工作作为专业的助人体系，在此领域具有显著的介入空间与独特的专业优势。本研究聚焦社会工作依托专业优势，通过精准需求评估–赋能个体技能–搭建资源链接平台–构建社会支持网络形成精准介入体系，以有效协助农村女性破解就业难题，助力其在电商经济中实现可持续发展。

Abstract: The vigorous development of the e-commerce economy has provided rural women with flexible employment opportunities, broadened income channels, and significantly enhanced their economic participation. Despite the continuous promotion of rural e-commerce infrastructure construction and digital inclusive finance development at the national level, which has created policy windows for rural women’s employment, they still face difficulties such as lack of digital skills, burden of traditional gender roles, insufficient access to resources, and weak social support at the practical level. Social work, as a professional system of helping people, has significant intervention space and unique professional advantages in this field. This study focuses on leveraging the professional advantages of social work to form a precise intervention system through precise needs assessment, empowering individual skills, building a resource linkage platform, and constructing a social support network, in order to effectively assist rural women in solving employment problems and help them achieve sustainable development in the e-commerce economy.
