乡村振兴背景下贵州农村女性电商创业的现实困境与赋能路径研究

Research on the Practical Challenges and Empowerment Pathways for Rural Women’s E-Commerce Entrepreneurship in Guizhou under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 在全面推进乡村振兴与数字经济快速发展的时代背景下，农村电商已成为推动乡村产业振兴的重要力量。贵州农村女性作为乡村发展的关键主体，借助电商创业实现自我价值并助力乡村发展的潜力日益凸显。然而，受限于资金、资源与基础设施等多重因素，其在电商创业过程中仍面临诸多现实困境。因此，本文基于对贵州农村女性电商创业现状的深入分析，系统梳理其在创业过程中遇到的核心困境，结合实际情况，从多维度提出具有针对性的赋能路径，从而推动贵州农村女性电商创业提质增效，为乡村振兴注入持久的女性力量。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of comprehensive rural revitalization and rapid digital economic development, rural e-commerce has emerged as a vital force driving the revitalization of rural industries. Rural women in Guizhou, as key agents of rural development, increasingly demonstrate the potential to realize their self-worth and contribute to rural progress through e-commerce entrepreneurship. However, constrained by multiple factors such as funding, resources, and infrastructure, they still face numerous practical challenges in their e-commerce ventures. Therefore, based on an in-depth analysis of the current state of rural women’s e-commerce entrepreneurship in Guizhou, this paper systematically identifies the core challenges they encounter during the entrepreneurial process. By integrating practical circumstances, it proposes targeted empowerment pathways from multiple dimensions. This approach aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of rural women’s e-commerce ventures in Guizhou, thereby injecting enduring female strength into rural revitalization.
