技术革新与产业升级背景下新型人才培养研究
Research on the Cultivation of New-Type Talents under the Background of Technological Innovation and Industrial Upgrading
摘要: 在全球格局深度调整、国际竞争日趋激烈的时代背景与我国经济向高质量发展转型的双重驱动下,传统人力密集型产业发展模式已难以为继,亟需以理论创新破解发展瓶颈。相关重大理论成果明确指出,人才与智力支撑是推动产业质态跃迁、实现效率提升的核心关键,凸显了新型人才培养的战略紧迫性。当前,我国高等教育体系与经济转型发展需求存在突出结构性失衡:高校人才培养模式单一,知识体系更迭滞后,毕业生技能与行业需求严重脱节。为破解这一适配性难题,本研究首先明晰了技术革新、要素重构与产业升级协同发展的核心内涵与特征,进而构建了一个“需求–供给”动态适配的分析框架。该机制的核心在于通过制度设计破解“协同平台空心化”与“利益分配模糊”等现实困境,本文旨在通过厘清相关发展理念的内涵、解析其生成机理、明确其实践要求,为破解高等教育人才培养与经济转型发展的适配难题提供路径,进而为新时代产业升级与教育高质量协同发展提供理论参考与实践指导。
Abstract: Under the dual impetus of profound adjustments in the global landscape with intensifying inter- national competition, and China’s economic transition toward high-quality development, the traditional development model of labor-intensive industries has become unsustainable. There is an urgent need for theoretical innovation to break through development bottlenecks. Relevant significant theoretical achievements clearly state that talent and intellectual support are the core keys to promoting the transformation of industrial quality and realizing efficiency improvement, highlighting the strategic urgency of nurturing new-type talents. Currently, a prominent structural imbalance exists between China’s higher education system and the needs of economic transformation and development: the talent cultivation model in universities is homogeneous, knowledge systems are slow to update, and graduates’ skills are severely mismatched with industry demands. To address this alignment challenge, this study first clarifies the core connotations and characteristics of the coordinated development of technological innovation, factor restructuring and industrial upgrading, and then constructs a “demand-supply” dynamic alignment analytical framework. The core of this mechanism lies in overcoming practical difficulties such as the “hollowness of collaborative platforms” and “ambiguous benefit distribution” through institutional design. This paper aims to clarify the essence of relevant development concepts, analyze their generative mechanisms, and define their practical requirements, thereby providing pathways to resolve the alignment problem between higher education talent cultivation and economic transformation and development, and offering theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality synergistic development of industrial upgrading and education in the new era.
