基于自制实验装置的《自动控制原理》课程教学案例与课外实践
Leveraging a Home-Build Experimental Apparatus in Teaching Cases and Extracurricular Practice for “Automatic Control Principles”
摘要: 针对《自动控制原理》课程教学过程中理论和实验未能较好融合、实验环节采用基于Matlab/Simulink纯仿真而缺乏直观性的问题,聚焦兵器随动系统的共性基础原理,以真电机实验装置为被控对象,Simulink作实时控制器,自制实验装置,以此建设理实融合的教学案例4个,安排2~3次课外实践大作业。结果表明教学案例和课外实践取得了良好的教学效果,探索了一条培养学员高阶思维的新途径。
Abstract: In response to the issues observed in the teaching of Automatic Control Principles—namely, the insufficient integration of theory and experiment, and the lack of intuitiveness in experiments relying solely on Matlab/Simulink simulations—this study focuses on the fundamental principles common to weapon servo systems. Utilizing actual motor experimental setups as the controlled objects and Simulink for real-time control, self-developed experimental devices were constructed. Based on this platform, four teaching cases integrating theory and practice were developed, accompanied by 2~3 extracurricular practical assignments. The results demonstrate that these teaching cases and practical activities achieved satisfactory educational outcomes, paving the way for cultivation of students’ higher-order thinking skills.
