体教融合背景下体育院校研究生群团组织的角色转型与功能拓展研究
Research on the Role Transformation and Function Expansion of Mass Organizations of Graduate Students in Physical Education Colleges under the Background of Integration of Physical Education and Teaching
摘要: “体教融合”国家战略的深入推进,对体育院校高层次人才培养提出了新的要求,同时也为其研究生群团组织带来了转型发展的历史机遇。旨在探讨体育院校研究生群团组织如何响应这一战略,实现自身的角色转型与功能拓展。研究指出,当前体育院校群团组织面临角色定位“内向化”、功能发挥“边缘化”与资源能力“脱节化”等多重现实局限。为突破困境,研究提出三大转型路径:组织应从内部联谊转向社会服务,成为深入一线的“实践先锋队”;从学术沙龙延伸至智库咨询,构建服务于基层的“智力支持库”;并从被动接受资源转化为主动整合链接,充当汇聚多方力量的“资源链接器”。
Abstract: The in-depth advancement of the national strategy of “integration of sports and education” has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of high-level talents in sports colleges and universities, and also brought historical opportunities for the transformation and development of their graduate student group organizations. This study aims to explore how graduate student group organizations in sports colleges and universities respond to this strategy and achieve their own role transformation and functional expansion. The research points out that current graduate student group organizations in sports colleges and universities are facing multiple practical limitations such as “inward-oriented” role positioning, “marginalized” function exertion, and “disconnected” resource capabilities. To break through these predicaments, the study proposes three transformation paths: organizations should shift from internal socializing to social services, becoming “practical vanguards” on the front lines; extend from academic salons to think tank consultations, building “intellectual support bases” serving the grassroots; and transform from passively accepting resources to actively integrating and linking, acting as “resource connectors” gathering multiple forces.
