核心素养导向下初中英语“教–学–评”一体化目标设计与实施的调查研究
A Survey Study on the Design and Implementation of Integrated Teaching-Learning-Assessment Objectives in Junior High School English Education Guided by Core Competencies

摘要: 本文基于《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》提出的核心素养导向理念,围绕初中英语教学中“教–学–评”一体化的目标设计与实施展开研究。通过问卷调查发现,当前初中英语教师虽普遍重视教学目标设计,但仍存在理论与实践脱节、目标表述不够规范、评价与教学环节衔接不足等问题。对此,研究从目标设计、教师专业发展、系统化实施等维度提出改进策略,旨在推动“教–学–评”有机融合,提升英语教学质量和育人实效。
Abstract: Based on the core competency-oriented philosophy proposed in the Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition), this study investigates the design and implementation of integrated teaching-learning-assessment objectives in junior high school English instruction. Survey findings reveal that while junior high English teachers generally prioritize instructional goal design, issues persist, including disconnects between theory and practice, non-standardized goal formulation, and inadequate alignment between assessment and teaching processes. To address these challenges, the study proposes improvement strategies across dimensions such as goal design, teacher professional development, and systematic implementation. These strategies aim to promote the organic integration of teaching, learning, and assessment, thereby enhancing English teaching quality and educational effectiveness.
