数字化背景下电商消费金融ABS的发展困境与破解路径探究
Exploring the Development Dilemma and Solution Path of E-Commerce Consumer Finance ABS under the Background of Digitalization
摘要: 在数字经济快速发展的时代背景下,随着消费信贷规模持续扩张和资产证券化市场不断创新,电商消费金融ABS作为数字技术与金融服务深度融合的产物,其发展呈现出鲜明的数字化特征。虽然大数据风控、区块链等数字技术的应用为行业发展注入了新动力,但也面临着资产信息透明度不足、风险定价模型有效性有待提升、监管协调机制亟须完善等挑战。未来,电商消费金融ABS应从技术创新、市场机制和监管框架三个维度协同推进:通过建立数据分级分类机制和开发智能合约提升信息透明度,完善市场化定价机制并拓宽投资者基础,构建监管科技平台和监管沙盒机制以平衡创新与风险。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy, with the continuous expansion of consumer credit scale and the constant innovation of the asset securitization market, e-commerce consumer finance ABS, as a product of the deep integration of digital technology and financial services, has shown distinct digital characteristics in its development. Although the application of digital technologies such as big data risk control and blockchain has injected new impetus into the development of the industry, it also faces challenges such as insufficient transparency of asset information, the need to improve the effectiveness of risk pricing models, and the urgent need to improve regulatory coordination mechanisms. In the future, e-commerce consumer finance ABS should be advanced in a coordinated manner from three dimensions: technological innovation, market mechanism and regulatory framework: establishing a data classification and grading mechanism and developing smart contracts to enhance information transparency, improving the market-based pricing mechanism and broadening the investor base, and building a regulatory technology platform and a regulatory sandbox mechanism to balance innovation and risk.
