数字化转型赋能ESG表现与企业价值提升的路径研究——以比亚迪为例
Research on Digital Transformation Empowering ESG Performance and Corporate Value Enhancement —A Case Study of BYD
摘要: 在全球可持续发展浪潮与中国“双碳”目标引领下,ESG已成为衡量企业综合竞争力的核心指标,而数字化转型则为企业ESG实践的落地与价值转化提供了关键技术支撑。本文以新能源汽车领军企业比亚迪为研究对象,系统剖析其以数字化转型赋能ESG实践的三大路径:构建智慧环境管理体系、打造数字社会责任生态、实现数智化公司治理。并结合净资产收益率(ROE)、托宾Q值等核心财务与市场价值指标,数字化转型赋能ESG表现通过精准降本增效、优化融资环境、驱动绿色创新三大机制,对企业价值产生更为显著的正向影响。研究结果表明,数字化转型作为关键驱动力,能够有效放大ESG表现的价值创造效应,为企业构建可持续竞争优势提供了全新模式。
Abstract: Amid the global wave of sustainable development and China’s dual carbon goals, ESG has emerged as a core metric for assessing corporate competitiveness. Digital transformation provides the critical technological foundation for implementing ESG practices and unlocking their value. This paper examines BYD, a leading new energy vehicle manufacturer, systematically analyzing its three pathways for leveraging digital transformation to empower ESG initiatives: establishing a smart environmental management system, building a digital social responsibility ecosystem, and achieving digital-intelligent corporate governance. By integrating core financial and market value metrics such as Return On Equity (ROE) and Tobin’s Q ratio, the study demonstrates that digital transformation enhances ESG performance through three mechanisms: precise cost reduction and efficiency gains, optimized financing environments, and accelerated green innovation. These mechanisms collectively generate more significant positive impacts on corporate value. Findings reveal that digital transformation, as a key driver, effectively amplifies the value creation effects of ESG performance, offering a novel model for building sustainable competitive advantages.
