摘要: 研究基于文献阅读和德尔菲法,利用两门国家一流本科课程的后台日志与在线问卷进行大样本量化分析,尝试构建和验证了一个整合性的在线开放课程学习者黏性评估模型,明确了各维度权重。通过半结构化访谈与模糊集定性比较分析,提炼了学习者黏性提升的组态路径,提出了“行为–情感–设计–平台–制度”五维协同的学习者黏性提升路径。
Abstract: Based on literature review and the Delphi method, this study employs large-sample quantitative analysis using backend logs from two National First-Class Undergraduate Courses and online questionnaires to construct and validate an integrated evaluation model for learner stickiness in open online courses. The weights of various dimensions within the model were clearly defined. Through semi-structured interviews and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA), configurational pathways for enhancing learner stickiness were identified. Ultimately, a five-dimensional synergistic framework including behavior, emotion, design, platform, and institution was proposed to improve learner stickiness.
