胃癌与BMI及糖脂代谢指标的研究进展

摘要: 体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)及糖脂代谢指标水平异常可影响胃癌患者手术效果、增加术后并发症的发生率,从而影响其近期疗效及预后。文章就BMI及糖脂代谢指标水平与胃癌的相关研究进展予以综述,以期为胃癌的精准治疗提供新思路,同时为胃癌与BMI及糖脂代谢指标水平相关性研究提供新的方向。
Abstract: Abnormal levels of body mass index (BMI) and glucose-lipid metabolic indicators may affect surgical outcomes in gastric cancer patients and increase the incidence of postoperative complications, thereby influencing short-term efficacy and prognosis. This article reviews the current research progress on the correlation between BMI and glucose-lipid metabolism indicators with gastric cancer, aiming to provide new insights for the precision treatment of gastric cancer and to offer new directions for studies on the relationship between gastric cancer and BMI and glucose-lipid metabolism indicators.
