面向少课时与教育资源薄弱地区人才培养的有机化学教学模式构建——以青海大学为例
Construction of an Organic Chemistry Teaching Model Oriented toward Talent Cultivation in Regions with Limited Class Hours and Educational Resources—A Case Study of Qinghai University
摘要: 《有机化学》作为青海大学畜牧学、兽医学、临床医学、药学、食品科学与工程及化学工程与工艺等本科专业的重要基础课程,其教学效果直接影响特色专业人才的培养质量,对支撑青海省经济社会发展具有重要的基础作用。然而,由于学生入学成绩差距大、语言与文化背景多样、课时有限且内容繁多等因素,使《有机化学》的教学面临较大挑战。针对这些问题,我们在不减少教学内容的前提下,对课程结构进行了系统重组,将教学重点集中于各类化合物的结构特征、化学性质及反应机理。通过教学实践与对比分析发现,学生整体成绩较改革前提高10%以上,课堂参与度与学习满意度均显著提升。本教学改革为青海省及其他教育资源相对薄弱地区的《有机化学》教学提供了可行的参考与借鉴。
Abstract: As a fundamental course for undergraduate programs such as Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Food Science and Engineering, and Chemical Engineering and Technology at Qinghai University, Organic Chemistry plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of talent cultivation in these disciplines and serves as an essential foundation for supporting the economic and social development of Qinghai Province. However, due to significant disparities in students’ entrance exam scores, diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, limited class hours, and extensive course content, the teaching of Organic Chemistry faces considerable challenges. To address these issues, we reorganized the course structure without reducing the content, focusing on the structure, chemical properties, and reaction mechanisms of various types of compounds. Through teaching practice and comparative analysis, it has been found that the overall student performance has improved by more than 10% compared to the pre-reform period, with marked increases in classroom engagement and learning satisfaction. This teaching reform provides valuable insights and practical reference for Organic Chemistry education in Qinghai Province and other regions with relatively underdeveloped educational resources.
