协同育人视域下高校公选课教师“课程思政”育人能力提升路径
Method for Enhancing the “Ideological and Political Education” Ability of College Public Elective Course Teachers from the Perspective of Collaborative Education
摘要: 课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,而公选课作为高校课程体系的重要组成部分,其覆盖学科广、学生参与度高,是隐性思想政治教育的重要载体。当前,部分公选课教师存在思政育人意识薄弱、理论功底不足、融合能力欠缺等问题,亟需通过多维度路径提升其课程思政育人能力。文章基于协同育人视域,从意识激发、理论强化、能力提升、培训创新、机制保障五个方面,系统探讨高校公选课教师课程思政育人能力的提升路径,以期为构建全员全程全方位育人大格局提供实践参考。
Abstract: Curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, and public elective courses, as an important component of the university curriculum system, have a wide coverage of disciplines and high student participation, making them an important carrier of implicit ideological and political education. At present, some teachers of public elective courses have weak awareness of ideological and political education, an insufficient theoretical foundation, and a lack of integration ability. It is urgent to improve their curriculum’s ideological and political education ability through multidimensional methods. This article is based on the perspective of collaborative education, and systematically explores the improvement method of ideological and political education ability of college public elective course teachers from five aspects: consciousness stimulation, theoretical strengthening, ability enhancement, training innovation, and mechanism guarantee, in order to provide practical reference for building a comprehensive and all-round education system for all staff.
