梗振筛筛分精度的提升
Enhancement of Screening Precision in Stem Vibrating Screens
摘要: 梗丝作为卷烟制造的重要原料组成,为满足制丝环节成品长梗的质量,打叶复烤环节的成品长梗合格率要求不断提升。目前设备能够实现成品长梗长梗占比93.60%,满足工艺要求。然而短梗含有长梗的比例却高达28.40%,导致大量长梗作为废料浪费,本文通过提出并验证了鼻孔筛、波浪排列孔筛、双层筛等方案,通过验证确定了上层采用原异形筛,下层采用10 × 18的菱形筛,通过概率筛分的原理,实现了筛后成品长梗占比90.28% (满足合格率),短梗中长梗率降低至20.75%,显著减少了长梗损耗提高了经济效益。
Abstract: Stem strands, as a crucial component of cigarette manufacturing raw materials, require continuously improving the qualification rate of long stems in the threshing and redrying stage to meet quality standards in the primary processing stage. Current equipment achieves a long stem content of 93.60% in the finished product, meeting process requirements. However, the proportion of long stems within the short stem fraction remains as high as 28.40%, resulting in significant waste of long stem material. This study proposed and evaluated multiple screening solutions including nostril-shaped screens, wave-patterned aperture screens, and double-layer screens. Through experimental validation, an optimized configuration was determined: retaining the original specialized screen in the upper layer while implementing a 10 × 18 diamond-shaped screen in the lower layer. Applying probability screening principles, this configuration achieved 90.28% long stems in the screened product (meeting qualification standards) while reducing the long stem content in the short stem fraction to 20.75%. The optimized system significantly reduces long stem loss and enhances economic efficiency.
