摘要: 随着电子商务的迅速发展，企业的商业模式、运营方式以及市场环境均发生了深刻变革，人力资源管理也因此面临新的挑战与机遇。本文采用文献综述和案例分析方法，研究了电子商务对人力资源管理功能的影响，探讨了企业如何通过创新管理策略适应这一变革。研究发现，有效的人力资源管理策略包括加强网络培训、优化在线招聘流程、利用大数据进行人才管理以及提升员工远程工作能力。这些策略的实施有助于企业提高运营效率，增强市场竞争力。本研究为电子商务企业改进人力资源管理提供了理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, profound changes have taken place in enterprises’ business models, operational approaches, and market environments, presenting new challenges and opportunities for human resource management (HRM). This study employs literature review and case analysis methods to investigate the impact of e-commerce on the functions of HRM and explores how enterprises can adapt to this transformation through innovative management strategies. The research finds that effective HRM strategies include strengthening online training, optimizing online recruitment processes, leveraging big data for talent management, and enhancing employees’ remote working capabilities. The implementation of these strategies helps enterprises improve operational efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness. This study provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for e-commerce enterprises to enhance their human resource management.
