简优化教学在大学游泳课中的设计与实践
The Design and Practice of Simplified Optimization Teaching in College Swimming Courses
摘要: 长期以来体育教学一直面临着时间短、任务重的困难,如何能够在有限的时间内最大限度地体现体育教育功能,实现体育教育的短期效应与长期效应,是体育教学的最根本的任务。为此本文依据教学过程最优化理论和程序教学法,从现有的教学实际出发,在大学游泳课中设计了简优化教学,即:精简教学内容,优化教学方法,强化教学过程衔接、简化教学评价,并在游泳课中进行了实践检验。结果表明:简优化教学有效激发了学生的学习自信心,显著提升了其参与游泳锻炼的意愿与兴趣,为游泳锻炼习惯的养成奠定了良好基础;在相对缩短的教学时数内,该教学模式成效突出,不同基础层次的学生均获得针对性提升,大幅提高了课堂教学效率;同时,其进一步强化了教学目标、教学内容、教学评价与教学效果之间的内在契合度,为教学过程最优化的实现提供了有益参考。
Abstract: Physical education teaching has long been confronted with the challenge of limited time and heavy tasks. How to maximize the functions of physical education within the constrained time frame and realize its short-term and long-term effects constitutes the fundamental task of physical education teaching. To address this, based on the theory of teaching process optimization and programmed instruction method, this study designs a simplified optimization teaching model for college swimming courses starting from the current teaching practice. Specifically, the model involves simplified optimization teaching content, optimizing teaching methods, strengthening the connection of teaching processes, and simplifying teaching evaluation, which has been practically tested in swimming courses. The results show that: the simplified optimization teaching model has effectively stimulated students’ learning confidence, significantly enhanced their willingness and interest in participating in swimming exercises, laying a solid foundation for developing swimming exercise habits; within the relatively shortened teaching hours, the model has achieved remarkable results—students at different skill levels have obtained targeted improvements, greatly improving classroom teaching efficiency; meanwhile, it has further strengthened the internal consistency between teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching evaluation, and teaching effects, providing useful references for the realization of teaching process optimization.
