摘要: 本文对离散制造企业经营计划管理现状进行了分析研究，提出了一种离散制造企业经营计划管理体系的建立过程，并依据经营计划管理体系搭建了经营计划管理平台，完成了平台的设计与应用。经营计划管理系统在某离散制造企业进行了应用，规范了企业经营管理过程，为企业经营合同承接提供了系统支撑。

Abstract: This article analyzes and studies the current situation of business plan management in manufacturing enterprises, proposes a process for establishing a business plan management system for manufacturing enterprises, and builds a business plan management platform based on the business plan management system, completing the design and application of the platform. The business plan management system has been applied in a manufacturing enterprise, standardizing the enterprise’s management process and providing systematic support for the taking of business contracts.
