贵州省地方本科院校文科专业人才培养现状分析及创新路径探究

摘要: 当前国家正处于教育数字化改革提升教育质量的关键时期,在国家高质量发展进程中,重点突出人才培养的实践性、科学研究的应用性、服务发展的适应性,以满足地方经济社会高质量发展对人才需求。本文通过深入调研,对贵州省地方本科院校文科专业人才培养现状展开全面剖析。梳理了省内高校在人才培养方案、实践基地、师资队伍、评价体系等方面存在的问题,并分析其成因。同时,结合贵州省地方经济社会发展需求以及高校自身特点,提出针对性的改进策略与建议,旨在为提升贵州省高校应用型人才培养质量,推动地方经济发展提供理论依据与实践参考。
Abstract: Currently, the nation is at a critical juncture in the digital reform of education to enhance its quality. In the process of high-quality national development, emphasis is placed on the practicality of talent cultivation, the applicability of scientific research, and the adaptability to service development, aiming to meet the talent demands for high-quality local economic and social development. Through in-depth research, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current state of liberal arts talent cultivation in local undergraduate institutions in Guizhou Province. It identifies issues in talent cultivation programs, practical training bases, faculty teams, and evaluation systems within provincial universities and analyzes their causes. Additionally, considering the economic and social development needs of Guizhou Province and the characteristics of higher education institutions, targeted improvement strategies and recommendations are proposed. The goal is to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for enhancing the quality of applied talent cultivation in Guizhou’s universities and promoting local economic development.
