沉浸式交互艺术的疗愈潜能——以《雨屋》为例

The Healing Potential of Immersive Interactive Art—A Case Study of “Rain Room”

摘要: 在现代社会心理健康需求凸显的背景下，艺术的心理调节价值逐渐向公共文化空间延伸。沉浸式交互艺术作为艺术与科技跨界融合催生的创新艺术形式，凭借深度沉浸与高交互的特性，为人们获取积极心理体验提供了独特路径。本文以兰登国际的沉浸式交互作品《雨屋》为例，从艺术疗愈的角度，对其在公共文化场景中的心理干预机制展开了深入分析。《雨屋》通过与科技结合构建沉浸式交互场域，使参与者在多感官联动中舒缓情绪、促进情绪的外化与释放、增强环境感知与人际联结，展现出当代公共艺术在支持心理健康方面的独特潜力。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of prominent mental health demands in modern society, the psychological regulatory value of art has gradually extended into public cultural spaces. As an innovative art form born from the interdisciplinary integration of art and technology, immersive interactive art, by virtue of its characteristics of deep immersion and high interactivity, provides a unique pathway for people to obtain positive psychological experiences. Taking “Rain Room”, an immersive interactive work by Random International, as a case study, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of its psychological intervention mechanism in public cultural scenarios from the perspective of art healing. Through the integration of technology, “Rain Room” constructs an immersive interactive field, enabling participants to relieve emotions, promote emotional externalization and release, and enhance environmental perception and interpersonal connection through multi-sensory integration. It thereby demonstrates the unique potential of contemporary public art in supporting mental health.
