社会医学课程创新教学模式与实践路径探究
Exploration of the Innovative Teaching Model and Practical Pathways for Social Medicine Courses
摘要: 创新社会医学课程教学模式、探索其实践路径,是深化医学教育改革、培养出既懂临床技术又具社会医学素养的复合型医学人才、实现“健康中国”战略的必然要求。基于社会医学课程特征及教学新目标,本研究构建社会医学创新教学模式为“一体两翼、四维驱动”混合教学模式,提出“以学生能力成长”为根本主体,理论深化与实践赋能两翼并重,并通过四种创新教学路径得以实现。同时,还需进行教学评价体系改革,匹配过程性、多元化的教学评价体系,确保教学过程与评价过程同频共振。最后,提出创新教学模式的预期成果,以及可能面临的挑战及对策。
Abstract: Innovating the teaching model of social medicine courses and exploring their practical pathways are essential requirements for deepening medical education reform, cultivating interdisciplinary medical professionals who are proficient in both clinical skills and social medicine literacy, and achieving the “Healthy China” strategy. Based on the characteristics of social medicine courses and the new teaching objectives, this study constructs an innovative teaching model for social medicine as a “one core, two pillars, four-dimensional drive” hybrid teaching model. It proposes “student competency development” as the fundamental core, with theoretical deepening and practical empowerment as the two equally important pillars, realized through four innovative teaching pathways. Simultaneously, reforms in the teaching evaluation system are necessary, adopting a process-oriented and diversified evaluation framework to ensure synchronization between the teaching and evaluation processes. Finally, the expected outcomes of the innovative teaching model, as well as potential challenges and corresponding countermeasures, are proposed.
