企业数字化转型对绩效的影响研究——以南京钢铁股份有限公司为例
The Impact of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Performance—A Case Study of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
摘要: 在全球经济高度数字化背景下,制造业进入数字化、智能化、绿色化新阶段,传统钢铁企业正面临市场竞争加剧、产能结构调整、成本压力上升等多重挑战。南京钢铁股份有限公司(以下简称“南钢股份”)是中国大型钢铁企业,它聚焦“创新驱动、数智化转型、新产业裂变”,依靠数字化转型提升管理效率、运营效益和竞争力。本文以南京钢铁股份有限公司为研究对象,分析其数字化转型路径及其对企业绩效的作用机制,围绕经营绩效、成本控制、产品结构优化及绿色发展等关键维度评估转型成效与待完善环节。研究显示,数字化转型显著提高了南钢股份的运营效率与成本管控水平,使其在行业整体承压背景下仍保持较强的经营韧性,然而仍须在数据资产化、组织变革与人才机制等领域持续推进深化。该案例可为传统制造企业的数字化转型实践提供有益借鉴。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of a highly digitalized global economy, the manufacturing industry has entered a new stage characterized by digitalization, intelligence, and green development. Traditional steel enterprises are facing multiple challenges, including intensified market competition, capacity restructuring, and rising cost pressures. Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nangang Co.”) is a large-scale steel enterprise in China that focuses on “innovation-driven development, intelligent transformation, and industrial fission”. Through digital transformation, the company enhances its management efficiency, operational effectiveness, and overall competitiveness. This study takes Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. as the research object and analyzes its digital transformation pathway and the mechanism through which it affects corporate performance. The paper evaluates the transformation outcomes and areas for improvement from key dimensions such as operational performance, cost control, product structure optimization, and green development. The research results show that digital transformation has significantly improved Nangang’s operational efficiency and cost management, enabling the company to maintain strong business resilience despite overall industry pressures. However, further progress is still needed in areas such as data assetization, organizational reform, and talent mechanisms. This case provides valuable insights and practical reference for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises.
