家校协同赋能劳动教育:家长教师合伙人模式的实践探索
School-Family Collaboration in Labor Education: A Practical Exploration of the Parent-Teacher Partnership Model
摘要: 当前,劳动教育在小学阶段面临着家校协作不充分、教育形式单一、家长参与不足等问题,影响了劳动教育的实施效果。探索家长教师合伙人模式对提升小学劳动教育质量具有重要意义。文章提出“三课两会一讲堂”模式,创新家校合作机制,优化劳动教育课程并提升家长的参与度。具体来说,研究通过劳动班会课、劳动理论课与劳动实践课的结合,推动学生在实践中提高劳动技能;通过定期家长会,促进家长对劳动教育理念的认同与支持;通过家长百科大讲堂等平台,增强家长的参与感与责任感。研究结果表明,该模式能有效提升学生的劳动意识与动手能力,增强家长对教育的参与度与责任感,推动家校合作的制度化、常态化。最后,展望了家长教师合伙人模式在未来劳动教育中的长远应用,提出了优化家校合作机制和创新教育形式的方向。
Abstract: At present, labor education in primary school is facing problems such as insufficient home-school cooperation, a single form of education, and insufficient parental participation, which affect the implementation of labor education. Exploring the parent-teacher partnership model is of great significance to improving the quality of primary school labor education. This article proposes the “three lessons, two meetings and one lecture” model, innovates the home-school cooperation mechanism, optimizes the labor education curriculum, and improves the participation of parents. Specifically, research promotes students to improve their labor skills in practice through the combination of labor class meetings, labor theory classes, and labor practice classes; fosters parents’ recognition and support for the concept of labor education through regular parent-teacher meetings; and enhances parents’ sense of participation and responsibility through platforms such as the Parent Encyclopedia Lecture Hall. The research results show that this model can effectively improve students’ labor awareness and hands-on ability, enhance parents’ participation and sense of responsibility in education, and promote the institutionalization and normalization of home-school cooperation. Finally, this article looks forward to the long-term application of the parent-teacher partner model in future labor education, and puts forward the direction of optimizing the home-school cooperation mechanism and innovating the form of education.
