脑卒中后功能障碍的管氏舌针疗法理论与临床验案分析

Analysis of the Theory and Clinical Cases of Guan’s Lingual Acupuncture in Treating Post-Stroke Dysfunction

摘要: 管氏舌针由管正斋创立、管遵惠发展，是以《黄帝内经》舌–脏腑经络理论为核心，融合《易经》阴阳哲学，经临床实践形成的特色针灸体系。该疗法通过针刺舌体特定穴位，调节气血、疏通经络，对中风后失语、吞咽障碍及偏瘫有显著疗效。本文总结管遵惠教授运用舌针治疗中风病的辨证思路与施治特色，围绕三大核心症状探讨其临证经验与成果，以期为该疗法的推广与规范化提供依据。

Abstract: Guan’s Lingual Acupuncture, founded by Guan Zhengzhai and further developed by Guan Zunhui, is a specialized acupuncture system based on the tongue-zang-fu-meridian theory from Huangdi Neijing and integrated with the Yin-Yang philosophy of Yijing, refined through clinical practice. This therapy involves needling specific points on the tongue to regulate qi and blood and unblock meridians, demonstrating significant efficacy in treating post-stroke aphasia, dysphagia, and hemiplegia. This article summarizes Professor Guan Zunhui’s diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in applying lingual acupuncture for stroke, focusing on these three core symptoms to explore his clinical experience and outcomes, aiming to support the promotion and standardization of this therapy.
