数智化与创新驱动背景下《财务管理》课程教学改革探讨——基于“课程思政 + BOPPPS”融合教学模式
Discussion on Teaching Reform of Financial Management Course under the Background of Digital Intelligence and Innovation Drive—Based on the Integrated Teaching Mode of “Course Ideological and Political Education + BOPPS”
摘要: 随着数智化和创新驱动不断深化,高等财经教育在课程理念、教学内容与教学方式方面面临新的调整需求。《财务管理》课程作为财经类专业的重要基础课程,其教学改革需回应对数字化能力与责任意识兼备的复合型人才的培养要求。基于此,本文在数智化转型和能力培养取向的指导下,设计了课程思政与BOPPPS相结合的教学模式,通过在结构化教学流程中融入价值引导和过程性评价,推动知识学习、技能训练与价值认知的协调发展。教学实践以新能源电池企业投资决策案例为载体,将绿色金融与社会责任相关内容融入课堂,引导学生在数据分析、风险评估与价值判断过程中深化理解。实践结果显示,该模式在提高课堂参与度、促进分析能力发展及增强责任意识方面具有一定效果。研究结论为财经类课程在数智化背景下的教学改进提供了一种可借鉴的思路,也为高校推进知识、能力与价值协同培养提供参考。
Abstract: With the deepening of digital intelligence and innovation drive, higher financial education is facing new adjustment needs in curriculum concept, teaching content and teaching methods. As an important basic course for financial and economic majors, the teaching reform of Financial Management needs to respond to the training requirements for compound talents with both digital ability and sense of responsibility. Based on this, under the guidance of the transformation of digital intelligence and the orientation of ability training, this paper designs a teaching mode combining Course Ideological and Political Education with BOPPPS, and promotes the coordinated development of knowledge learning, skill training and value cognition by integrating value guidance and process evaluation into the structured teaching process. The teaching practice takes the investment decision-making case of new energy battery enterprises as the carrier, and integrates the relevant contents of green finance and social responsibility into the classroom, guiding students to deepen their understanding in the process of data analysis, risk assessment and value judgment. The practice results show that this model has certain effects in improving classroom participation, promoting the development of analytical ability and enhancing the sense of responsibility. The research conclusion provides a reference for the teaching improvement of financial courses under the background of digital intelligence, and also provides a reference for colleges and universities to promote the collaborative cultivation of knowledge, ability and value.
