中医药文化融入社区健康服务的传承创新路径探析

Exploration of the Inheritance and Innovation Path of Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture into Community Health Services

摘要: 本文围绕中医药文化融入社区健康服务的传承与创新路径展开系统研究。在健康中国战略与人口老龄化背景下，社区健康服务模式正由“以治疗为中心”向“以健康为中心”转型，中医药因其“整体观”“治未病”等理念与社区健康服务目标高度契合，展现出显著的协同潜能。文章分析了当前政策支持体系与现实需求，指出中医药在社区健康服务中已形成一定服务供给与传播基础，但仍面临供给不足、人才短缺、认知偏差、传播方式单一等问题。基于此，本文从服务体系构建、数字化赋能、文化活动创新、多主体协同等方面，提出中医药文化深度融入社区的创新路径，旨在推动中医药文化在基层实现薪火相传与现代转化，为构建预防为主、医防融合的社区健康服务体系提供理论参考与实践启示。

Abstract: This article systematically studies the inheritance and innovative pathways of integrating traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture into community health services. Against the backdrop of the Healthy China strategy and population aging, the community health service model is shifting from a “treatment-centered” approach to a “health-centered” approach. TCM, with its concepts of “holistic view” and “preventive treatment”, aligns closely with the goals of community health services, demonstrating significant synergistic potential. The article analyzes the current policy support system and real-world needs, pointing out that TCM has already established a certain foundation in service delivery and dissemination within community health services, but still faces issues such as insufficient supply, talent shortages, cognitive biases, and a single mode of communication. Based on this, the article proposes innovative pathways for deeply integrating TCM culture into communities from the perspectives of service system construction, digital empowerment, cultural activity innovation, and multi-entity collaboration. The aim is to promote the inheritance and modern transformation of TCM culture at the grassroots level, providing theoretical references and practical insights for building a community health service system that prioritizes prevention and integrates medical care with preventive measures.
