思政元素在高校礼仪课程中隐形渗透的策略研究

摘要: 当前高校礼仪课程的思政建设中存在思政元素挖掘不足、融入方式生硬等现象,严重影响育人效果。为解决这一难题,本研究基于心理学中“内隐学习理论”,提出将文化自信、社会主义核心价值观、职业伦理观等价值元素自然嵌入礼仪知识教学中,并通过情景模拟、案例分析等方法,使学生在反复的礼仪实现中“无意识”地实现价值内化,从而提升课程的育人效果,落实“立德树人”的教育根本任务。
Abstract: Currently, the ideological and political education in university etiquette courses suffers from insufficient exploration of ideological and political elements and rigid integration methods, which seriously affects the educational effectiveness. To address this problem, this study, based on the “implicit learning theory” in psychology, proposes to naturally embed value elements such as cultural confidence, socialist core values, and professional ethics into the teaching of etiquette knowledge. Through methods such as situational simulation and case analysis, students can unconsciously internalize these values through repeated practice of etiquette, thereby improving the educational effectiveness of the course and fulfilling the fundamental educational task of “cultivating virtue and nurturing talents”.
