摘要: 随着大健康理念深入人心,中医药养生酒作为传统中医药文化与现代酒文化融合的产物,正迎来前所未有的发展机遇。本文以泸州市养生酒产业为研究对象,结合泸州老窖与成都中医药大学联合打造的“中医药养生酒研发中心”等实践案例,探讨中医药在养生酒产业中的创新开发模式,提出“醉幸福·最养生”的产业发展路径,为中医药养生酒产业的高质量发展提供理论支持与实践参考。
Abstract: With the concept of comprehensive health gaining increasing recognition, health-preserving alcoholic beverages integrated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)—a product blending traditional TCM culture with modern drinking culture—are encountering unprecedented opportunities for development. This paper takes the health-preserving alcoholic beverage industry in Luzhou City as the research subject. Incorporating practical cases such as the “TCM Health-Preserving Beverage R&D Center” established through the collaboration between Luzhou Laojiao and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it explores innovative development models for integrating TCM into the health-preserving alcoholic beverage industry. Furthermore, it proposes an industrial development path characterized by “Intoxicated with Happiness, Ultimate Wellness”, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical references for the high-quality development of the TCM health-preserving alcoholic beverage industry.
