检波器校准系统的自动化设计

摘要: 结合“高精度振动校准系统的研制”项目展开研究,致力于建立一个自动化的地震检波器振动校准平台,让检定人员只需设定好试验的频率和振级等参数,就可以完成复杂而繁重的振动校准工作。另外,对地震检波器某些重要指标的校准方法问题进行研究,在自动校准系统的基础上提出一些切实可行的方法,以增强系统功能和提高振动校准的效率。自动校准系统的建立不仅减轻检定人员的工作强度,而且能够消除由于人工操作带来的误差,提高校准的精度,使得校准的过程更加规范化。
Abstract: This study, conducted in conjunction with the project “Development of a High-Precision Vibration Calibration System”, aims to establish an automated vibration calibration platform for seismic detectors. This platform allows calibration personnel to complete complex and demanding vibration calibration work simply by setting parameters such as the test frequency and vibration level. Furthermore, the calibration methods for certain important indicators of seismic detectors are investigated, and practical methods are proposed based on the automated calibration system to enhance system functionality and improve vibration calibration efficiency. The establishment of the automated calibration system not only reduces the workload of calibration personnel but also eliminates errors caused by manual operation, improves calibration accuracy, and standardizes the calibration process.
