电涡流传感器自动校准系统中的进给装置设计
Design of Feeding Device in Automatic Calibration System for Eddy Current Sensors
摘要: 针对传统手动校准电涡流传感器的局限性,本论文提出了一种自动校准电涡流传感器的方法,研究设计了一套自动进给装置。首先,介绍了电涡流传感器的基本工作原理及其校准的方法,然后设计了进给机构的方案。介绍了各种进给机构的类型,然后从众多进给机构中选取比较合适的进给机构作对比。通过对比分析进给机构的各项数据指标。最后完成了电涡流传感器自动校准系统中的进给装置的设计。
Abstract: Addressing the limitations of traditional manual calibration of eddy current sensors, this paper proposes an automatic calibration method for eddy current sensors and designs an automatic feeding device. First, the basic working principle of eddy current sensors and their calibration methods are introduced. Then, a feeding mechanism scheme is designed. Various types of feeding mechanisms are introduced, and a suitable feeding mechanism is selected for comparison. The data indicators of the feeding mechanisms are analyzed through comparison. Finally, the design of the feeding device in the automatic calibration system for eddy current sensors is completed.
