基于OBE理念的“三阶四维”大学生心理健康教育课程混合式教学模式构建研究
Research on Constructing a “Three-Stage and Four-Dimension” Blended Teaching Model for College Students’ Mental Health Education Courses Based on the OBE Concept
摘要: 针对当前大学生心理健康教育课程中存在的“教学分离、知行脱节、发展导向不足”等结构性困境,本研究以成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education, OBE)理念为指导,构建了由“课前–课中–课后”三阶教学流程与“知识、技能、素养、课程思政”四维育人目标组成的“三阶四维”混合式教学模式。该模式以明确的学习成果为核心导向,以线上线下融合为实施路径,通过反向设计与系统整合,有效激发了学生的学习主体性,并促进其认知、能力、素养与价值观的协同内化,为高校心理健康教育课程的系统化改革提供了理论支撑与实践范式。
Abstract: In response to the structural challenges commonly observed in current mental health education courses for college students, such as the disconnection between teaching components, the gap between knowledge and practice, and the insufficient focus on developmental goals, this study adopts the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to construct a “three-stage and four-dimension” blended teaching model. The model integrates a three-stage instructional process (“pre-class preparation - in-class implementation - post-class extension”) with four dimensions of educational goals (“knowledge, skills, literacy, and ideological-political cultivation”). Guided by explicitly defined learning outcomes and implemented through a blended online-offline pathway, the model employs backward design and systematic integration to effectively enhance students’ learning agency and promote the coordinated internalization of cognition, abilities, psychological literacy, and value orientation. This framework provides theoretical support and practical paradigm for the systematic reform of mental health education courses in higher education institutions.
