摘要: 全球化进程加速，跨文化交流越来越频繁，文学翻译这一文化传播重要桥梁的价值也越来越突出。文章从地域文化表达、社会阶层呈现、文学风格强化和集体记忆承载等方面对语言变体的作用进行分析，揭示了跨文化转换过程中由于文化差异，策略选择，译者局限以及形式功能适配而产生的现实问题。以等效替换、动态混合、跨科溯源和语音代偿为策略，提出了系统的文化重构路径目的是给文学翻译语言变体精确处理提供理论参考，并促进跨文化语境中文学作品文化内涵的有效传达和再生。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the globalization process and the increasing frequency of cross-cultural communication, the value of literary translation as an important bridge for cultural dissemination has become increasingly prominent. This article analyzes the role of language varieties in terms of regional cultural expression, social class presentation, literary style enhancement, and collective memory carrying, revealing the practical problems arising from cultural differences, strategy selection, translator limitations, and form-function adaptation during cross-cultural transformation. By adopting strategies such as equivalent substitution, dynamic blending, cross-disciplinary tracing, and phonetic compensation, a systematic cultural reconstruction path is proposed, aiming to provide theoretical references for the precise handling of language varieties in literary translation and to promote the effective transmission and regeneration of cultural connotations in literary works in cross-cultural contexts.
