跨文化交流中的社交语用失误分析——以《世界青年说》为例

Analysis of Social Pragmatic Failures in Cross-Cultural Communication—A Case Study of “World Youth Speak”

摘要: 全球化的发展促进了不同国家不同文化间的交流。但是在跨文化交流中，由于语用失误，特别是社交语用失误而导致的交际失败现象时有发生，阻碍了不同文化交流的进程。本文以国产综艺节目《世界青年说》为例，分析了语用失误的概念及分类，并重点论述了社交语用失误的成因及应对策略。经分析，社交语用失误产生的原因包括价值观差异、思维模式干扰、母语文化的负迁移和语用规则选择失误。针对以上成因，笔者提出了两条应对策略。在跨文化交流中，参与者不仅需要学习语言知识，也需要了解不同文化，增强文化敏感性，减少社交语用失误。

Abstract: The development of globalization has facilitated communication across diverse cultures and nations. However, in cross-cultural interactions, communication failures frequently arise due to pragmatic failures, particularly social pragmatic failures, which hinder the progress of intercultural exchange. This paper takes the Chinese variety show “World Youth Speak” as a case study to analyze the concept and classification of pragmatic failures, with a focus on the causes and coping strategies for social pragmatic failures. The analysis reveals that the root causes of social pragmatic failures include differences in values, interference from cognitive patterns, negative transfer of native cultural norms, and misapplication of pragmatic rules. In response, the author proposes two key strategies. In cross-cultural communication, participants must not only acquire linguistic knowledge but also develop an understanding of diverse cultures, enhance cultural sensitivity, and minimize social pragmatic failures
