产教深度融合视域下新一代信息技术专业群组群逻辑与实践路径研究——基于新疆理工职业大学人工智能学院的探索
A Study on the Grouping Logic and Practical Pathways of New Generation Information Technology Specialty Cluster from the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry and Education—An Exploration Based on the College of Artificial Intelligence, Xinjiang Vocational University of Technology
摘要: 在国家大力发展职业教育、推动产教融合的背景下,专业群建设成为职业院校提升人才培养质量与服务产业能力的关键抓手。本文以新疆理工职业大学人工智能学院“新一代信息技术专业群”为研究对象,深入剖析其“双元互构、服务产业链”的组群逻辑。该专业群以工业互联网技术专业为龙头,有机整合大数据、人工智能、现代通信、网络工程及信息安全等专业,紧密对接区域“纺织服装”与“新能源电力”两大特色产业链的“源、制、储、销、用”全环节,并以信息安全贯穿始终。通过构建“专业基础相通、技术领域相近、工作岗位相关、教学资源共享”的协同发展机制,形成了逻辑严密、结构清晰、动态适应的专业群生态。本文结合精心设计的系列逻辑图谱,系统阐释了专业群与产业链的映射关系、内部专业的协同机理、精准的人才培养定位及模块化的课程体系构建,为边疆地区乃至全国职业院校的专业群建设提供了兼具理论深度与实践价值的范式参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of China’s vigorous development of vocational education and promotion of deep industry–education integration, specialty cluster construction has emerged as a critical lever for vocational institutions to enhance talent cultivation quality and better serve industrial needs. This paper takes the “New Generation Information Technology Specialty Cluster” at the College of Artificial Intelligence, Xinjiang Vocational University of Technology, as a case study, offering an in-depth analysis of its grouping logic—characterized by “dual-element co-construction and service to industrial chains”. Led by the Industrial Internet Technology specialty, the cluster integrally incorporates specialties including Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Modern Communications, Network Engineering, and Information Security, aligning closely with the full value chain—covering Source, Manufacturing, Storage, Sales, and Usage—of two regionally distinctive industrial sectors: textile and apparel, and new-energy power. Information security serves as a cross-cutting thread throughout the entire cluster. By establishing a synergistic development mechanism grounded in shared foundational knowledge, proximate technological domains, related occupational roles, and pooled teaching resources, the cluster has evolved into a logically coherent, structurally clear, and dynamically adaptive ecosystem. Supported by a series of carefully designed logic diagrams, this study systematically elucidates the mapping between the specialty cluster and industrial chains, the internal synergy mechanisms among constituent specialties, precise talent development positioning, and the modular construction of the curriculum system. The findings offer a theoretically grounded and practically valuable paradigm for specialty cluster development in vocational institutions, particularly in frontier regions and across the nation.
