互联网粉丝社群的数字劳动行为研究——以微博粉丝超话为例
A Study on Digital Labor Practices in Online Fan Communities—Taking Weibo Fan Super Topics as a Case Study
摘要: 随着互联网技术和移动智媒时代的快速发展,数字时代的粉丝会借助各类社交媒体平台建立起大规模、组织化的粉丝社群,而其中较具有代表性的便是微博超话。在微博粉丝超话这一群体中,粉丝参与主要是以数字劳动的形式展现。本文以微博粉丝超话为研究对象,探索粉丝超话中各类参与行为背后的数字劳动逻辑。探讨了微博粉丝超话中的数字劳动行为表现,包括内容生产劳动、数据劳动和情感劳动。分析了数字劳动的驱动因素,主要有对偶像的热爱与认同、社群压力与竞争以及商业利益与平台机制。以及数字劳动对粉丝个体、偶像和社会文化的多方面影响。通过对微博粉丝超话的研究,有助于深入理解互联网粉丝社群的数字劳动行为及其背后的意义和影响。
Abstract: With the rapid advancement of internet technology and the era of mobile smart media, fans in the digital age leverage various social media platforms to establish large-scale, organized fan communities, with Weibo Super Topics being a particularly representative example. Within these Weibo fan Super Topic communities, fan participation primarily manifests as digital labor. This study examines Weibo Super Topics to explore the digital labor logic underlying diverse participatory behaviors within these communities. It analyzes manifestations of digital labor in Weibo Super Topics, including content production labor, data labor, and emotional labor. It analyzes the driving factors of digital labor, primarily the fans’ love and identification with their idols, community pressure and competition, as well as commercial interests and platform mechanisms. The study also examines the multifaceted impacts of digital labor on individual fans, idols, and sociocultural contexts. Research on Weibo Super Topics contributes to a deeper understanding of digital labor behaviors within internet fan communities and their underlying significance and implications.
