“科教 + 产教”双融合下《有机化学》教学改革与实践探索——以地方性应用本科院校为例
Teaching Reform and Practice Exploration of Organic Chemistry under the Dual Integration of “Science-Education + Industry-Education” —Taking Regional Applied Undergraduate Institutions as an Example
摘要: 地方性应用本科院校的核心使命在于培养契合区域经济社会发展需求的高素质应用型人才。针对传统《有机化学》教学中存在的理论与应用脱节、学生工程实践与创新能力薄弱等问题,本文立足于“科教融合”与“产教融合”双轮驱动理念,进行了系统的教学改革与实践探索。该改革路径有效激发了学生的学习内驱力,显著提升了其工程实践能力、创新思维和解决复杂问题的综合素养,为地方应用型本科院校的理工科课程改革提供了可资借鉴的范式。
Abstract: The core mission of regional applied undergraduate institutions lies in cultivating high-caliber applied talents who align with regional socioeconomic development needs. Addressing issues in traditional Organic Chemistry instruction—such as the disconnect between theory and application, and students’ weak engineering practice and innovation capabilities—this paper undertakes systematic teaching reforms and practical explorations grounded in the dual-drive concept of “integration of science and education” and “integration of industry and education”. This reform pathway effectively stimulates students’ intrinsic motivation for learning, significantly enhances their engineering practice capabilities, innovative thinking, and comprehensive competence in solving complex problems. It provides a referenceable paradigm for science and engineering curriculum reform in local applied undergraduate institutions.
