刘小凡教授治疗儿童支气管哮喘医案举隅

A Medical Case Report on the Treatment of Pediatric Bronchial Asthma by Professor Liu Xiaofan

摘要: 支气管哮喘属中医学哮喘病范畴，经过历代医家对其病因病机的认识及临床经验的总结，形成了完整的治疗体系。目前中医治疗该病以“发时治标，缓时治本”为基本大则，刘小凡教授治疗小儿哮喘除遵循基本原则外，还辨证采用三期施治，通过中医药整体调节患儿体质，注重饮食、生活环境等方面干预，在哮喘的防治上取得良好疗效。

Abstract: Bronchial asthma falls within the category of asthma diseases in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Through the understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis by TCM practitioners across generations, as well as the summary of clinical experience, a comprehensive treatment system has been developed. Currently, the fundamental principle of TCM in treating this disease is “treating the symptoms during acute attacks and addressing the root cause during remission periods”. In addition to adhering to this basic principle, Professor Liu Xiaofan adopts a three-stage treatment approach based on syndrome differentiation for pediatric asthma. By regulating the overall constitution of children with TCM, and emphasizing interventions in aspects such as diet and living environment, favorable therapeutic effects have been achieved in the prevention and treatment of asthma.
