新时代偏远乡村教育发展现状与提升路径研究——基于H村的生活调查
Research on the Current Development Situation and Paths for Improvement of Education in Remote Villages in the New Era—Based on a Life Survey in Village H
摘要: 在乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚成果巩固的新时代背景下,偏远乡村教育发展面临新机遇与新挑战。本文以H村为个案,采用问卷调查、访谈与实地观察等方法,系统分析该村教育现状与问题。研究发现,尽管村民教育观念逐步转变、基础设施有所改善,但师资短缺、教学质量低、生源流失、留守儿童问题依然突出,严重制约教育公平与质量提升。为此,本文提出加强师资队伍建设、完善教师激励机制、强化留守儿童关爱、推动教育资源统筹优化、引导劳动力与生源回流等路径,构建政府、学校、家庭协同育人机制。研究认为,只有将教育振兴纳入乡村振兴整体布局,才能实现偏远乡村教育可持续发展,为乡村现代化提供人才支撑与智力保障。
Abstract: In the new era of rural revitalization and consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements, the development of education in remote villages faces new opportunities and challenges. This paper takes Village H as a case study and employs methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, and field observations to systematically analyze the current situation and problems of education in the village. The study finds that despite the gradual transformation of villagers’ educational concepts and improvements in infrastructure, issues such as teacher shortage, low teaching quality, student attrition, and left-behind children remain prominent, severely restricting the improvement of educational equity and quality. To address these issues, this paper proposes strengthening the construction of teacher teams, improving teacher incentive mechanisms, enhancing care for left-behind children, promoting the overall optimization of educational resources, guiding the return of labor and students, and establishing a collaborative education mechanism among the government, schools, and families. The study believes that only by integrating educational revitalization into the overall layout of rural revitalization can sustainable development of education in remote villages be achieved, providing talent support and intellectual guarantee for rural modernization.
