城镇污水处理设施“智能化”远程联网管理监控及维护控制系统研究与应用
Research and Application of “Intelligent” Remote Networked Management, Monitoring, and Maintenance Control System for Urban Sewage Treatment Facilities
摘要: 城市化进程加快,环保要求提高,污水处理设施的运行效率与管理水平面临着更高标准的挑战。文章聚焦污水处理设施智能化远程管理监控系统的研究,目的是借助现代信息技术,提高污水处理系统的运行效率与智能化水平。依据系统架构设计,构建了智能化管理系统,其中包含数据采集与传输模块、实时监控功能、数据分析与预警机制,还细致叙述了系统的硬件设计与软件开发过程。硬件部分涵盖核心设备的选型,还有传感器和执行器的设计以及应用。软件方面包括数据库结构设计、用户界面展示以及数据可视化处理等内容。在实际的污水处理设施中部署系统后,经稳定性测试以及运行数据分析,验证了系统在提高管理效率、降低运维成本上是有效的。
Abstract: Urbanization is accelerating, environmental protection requirements are enhancing, so wastewater treatment facilities’ operational efficiency and management level face higher standards. This paper investigates the research of intelligent remote management and monitoring systems for wastewater treatment facilities, to enhance the operational efficiency and intelligence level of wastewater treatment systems via modern information technology. According to the system architecture design, an intelligent management system is built, which includes a data acquisition and transmission module, a real-time monitoring function, data analysis, and an early warning mechanism. The hardware design and software development process of this system are also elaborated. The hardware section encompasses the selection of core components, the design and implementation of sensors and actuators, as well as the software aspects that involve the design of databases, user interface display, and data visualization processing. After the system has been deployed in actual wastewater treatment facilities, its effectiveness in enhancing management efficiency and lowering operational and maintenance costs has been validated through stability testing and operational data analysis.
