PDCA循环管理在高校教学中的应用研究初探

摘要: 在高校教学领域之探索中,被逐步引入的是PDCA (计划–执行–检查–行动)循环管理模式化应用,伴随教学理念与管理范式持续革新。系统性特征显著且具备动态调整功能性的该模式,对于教学流程规范化进程与科学化水平提升具有促进作用明显,同时使得教学质量维度与师生互动深度得以增强。现有研究中可见较多实践性探索集中于课程设计环节、教学实施过程以及评价机制构建等方面。然而不足之处仍存:实践经验积累尚不充分,方法体系完善度有待提升。本文聚焦于PDCA循环在高校教学中应用现状的梳理工作及其成效分析任务,理论基础阐释与实践路径探讨同步展开。为教学改革实践提供理论支撑框架与经验参考价值系本研究目的所在。通过上述研究活动开展,预期能够推动教学管理领域的持续优化进程与创新发展态势。
Abstract: With the continuous innovation of teaching concepts and management paradigms, the modular application of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle management model has been gradually introduced in the exploration of university teaching. Characterized by distinct systematicity and dynamic adjustment functions, this model significantly promotes the standardization of teaching processes and the improvement of scientificity, while enhancing the quality of teaching and the depth of teacher-student interaction. In existing research, a large number of practical explorations have focused on curriculum design, teaching implementation, and the construction of evaluation mechanisms. However, there remain shortcomings: the accumulation of practical experience is insufficient, and the refinement of the methodology system needs to be further improved. This paper focuses on sorting out the current application status of the PDCA cycle in university teaching and analyzing its effects, while simultaneously elaborating on its theoretical basis and discussing practical application paths. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical support framework and empirical reference for teaching reform practices. Through the implementation of the above research, it is expected to promote the continuous optimization and innovative development of teaching management.
