Research Progress on Family Resilience in Breast Cancer Patients and Its Nursing Implications

摘要: 乳腺癌是全球女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤，其诊疗过程往往伴随显著的身心压力，并使家庭长期处于适应负荷之中。“家庭复原力”在积极心理学中被视为解释家庭面对慢性疾病与肿瘤挑战时如何维持功能的一项核心概念，近年来已成为相关研究的重要理论基础。本文综述并总结乳腺癌家庭复原力的研究进展、测评方式、主要影响因素和护理意义，旨在为干预方案的设计和临床实践提供可参考的理论支持。

Abstract: Breast cancer, the most common malignancy among women worldwide, imposes substantial physical, psychological, and social burdens on patients and their families. In recent years, “family resilience” has emerged as a key concept in positive psychology, offering an important framework for understanding how families adapt to chronic illnesses and cancer-related challenges. This review synthesizes the current evidence on family resilience among breast cancer patients, including its conceptual foundations, assessment tools, influencing factors, and nursing implications. By integrating existing research findings, this article aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for developing family-centered interventions and improving health outcomes for both patients and their families.
