“大思政课”视域下职业院校思政课实践教学模式创新与品牌培育路径研究
Research on the Innovation of Practical Teaching Models and Brand Cultivation Pathways for Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of “Big Ideological and Political Education”
摘要: 2018年《新时代高校思想政治理论课教学工作基本要求》指出要从本专科思政课的现有学分中划分出单独的学分开展思政课实践教学。2019年提出了“要坚持理论性和实践性相统一”的论断。而在“大思政课”综合改革语境中,实践教学已成为高职院校落实立德树人的关键切口。本文立足重庆工信职业学院(以下简称“工信职院”)红岩村校区,以一线教师视角回溯多年课堂得失,将“育人导向–问题诊断–路径重构–品牌孵化”作为行动逻辑,尝试回应“碎片化、形式化、同质化”三重困扰,提出“三维协同、四环递进、五元评价”微观范式,并以校本项目“红岩工匠行”为样本,阐释“课程–场景–机制”一体化品牌培育策略。研究认为,只有将行业标准、地域精神与日常教学缝合为“可感、可做、可评”连续体,思政实践方能在大专阶段真正“落地有声”;教师主导、学生主创、校企社共建的“小切口”品牌,是持续深化“大思政课”改革的可行支点。
Abstract: The 2018 “Basic Requirements for Ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching in Colleges and Universities in the New” pointed out that a separate credit should be divided from the existing credit of the ideological and political course in the undergraduate and junior college to carry out the practice teaching of ideological and political. In 2019, the argument of “insisting on the unity of theoretical and practical” was put forward. However, in the context of the comprehensive reform of “big ideological and political course”, practice teaching has become the key entry point for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of moral education. Based on the Hongyan Village of Chongqing Information and Industry Vocational College (hereinafter referred to as “Information and Industry Vocational College”), this paper traces the gains and of the classroom over the years from the perspective of front-line teachers, and takes “education-oriented - problem diagnosis - path reconstruction - brand incubation” as the action logic trying to respond to the three troubles of “fragmentation, formalism, and homogeneity”, and proposes a “three-dimensional synergy, four-link progression, and fiveelement evaluation” micro-paradigm, and uses the school-based project “Hongyan Craftsmen” as a sample to elucidate the integrated brand cultivation strategy “course-scene-mechanism”. The research believes that only by sewing industry standards, regional spirit and daily teaching into a “perceptible, doable and evalu” continuum, can ideological and political practice truly “land with a sound” in the junior college stage; teacher-led, student-created, and industry-school-society-built “small entry” brands are feasible fulcrums for continuously deepening the reform of the “big ideological and political course”.
